Inside Sales Representative
WHAT THE ROLE DELIVERS
The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal commercial role by driving revenue growth through active customer engagement, opportunity development, and disciplined pipeline management. You will serve as a fast‑moving connection between the market and the business—responding quickly to inquiries, preparing quotations, and identifying high‑value opportunities. This role delivers measurable commercial impact by expanding relationships, accelerating lead conversion, and ensuring CRM accuracy that strengthens forecasting and business planning. You will be a key force in helping the commercial team win new business and grow share‑of‑wallet across the Americas.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Generate and qualify new leads using market databases, digital tools, and industry networks.
- Manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts and maintain regular communication to identify demand, projects, and new applications.
- Prepare and issue commercial quotations in alignment with pricing guidelines and margin objectives.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline throughout the full sales cycle.
- Follow up on quotations and open opportunities to improve conversion rates and support growth.
- Collect and update sales forecasts based on customer input and CRM pipeline information.
- Capture customer, market, and competitive insights to help identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Technical Service, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless commercial execution.
Salary range $78,500 - $117,800 per year. The posted salary range reflects the national average for this role. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus in addition to base salary.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- A proactive commercial mindset with an ability to identify opportunities and drive engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is preferred.
- Exposure to B2B industries such as chemicals, coatings, adhesives, or industrial materials is beneficial.
